From Safety to Danger II deepens the emotional narrative of the series by portraying the precise moment a fragile life crosses from shelter into peril. On the left, a grayscale fetus clings to the dissolving remnants of its protective world. It appears suspended in a ghostlike environment — soft, clouded, and dreamlike — yet already fractured by red fault lines that creep through the membrane like warnings.
A torn, ribbon-like band stretches between the two figures, both tether and rupture, symbolising the final thread of safety being pulled apart.
On the right, a brightly coloured fetus emerges into a harsh, exposed circle of white — a stark contrast to the muted shadows behind it.
